Shipping policy

Shipping and delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery time is 1–2 weeks from the day your order is placed.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and can sometimes be longer, for example during holidays, periods of high demand or delays at the carrier. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us at info@arcticprep.com and include your order number.

Prices, customs and import fees

All prices in our store include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free.

If your order is shipped from a warehouse outside the country you are ordering from, for example to or from Switzerland, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply. Any such charges are paid by the customer and are not included in the price or the shipping cost.

Delivery address

Please make sure that your delivery address is complete and correct. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@arcticprep.com and we will do our best to update it before the order is shipped.

Returns
