Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases made at arcticprep.com. By placing an order you accept these terms. Please read them carefully before you order.

1. Seller

Arctic Prep is a brand operated by Heat Marketing AB, Polgatan 22, 823 30 Kilafors, Sweden. Reg. no: 559368-5521. Email: info@arcticprep.com. Full company details are available in our Legal notice.

2. Orders and agreement

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. The agreement between you and Arctic Prep is formed when we confirm your order. Please check that the information in the confirmation is correct and contact us as soon as possible if something is wrong.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of obvious price or product errors, if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraud. If an order is cancelled, any amount you have paid will be refunded in full.

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a guardian.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency of your market and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free unless otherwise stated at checkout. The price that applies is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.

Payment is made through the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your card details.

4. Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 1–2 weeks. Read more in our Shipping policy. If your order is shipped from a warehouse outside the country you are ordering from, for example to or from Switzerland, customs duties, import taxes or fees may apply. Such charges are paid by the customer.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason. To withdraw, contact us at info@arcticprep.com within the 14 days and then return the item to us. If you withdraw because you have changed your mind, you pay the cost of return shipping.

We refund the amount you paid for the item no later than 14 days after we received your withdrawal, but we may wait with the refund until we have received the item or you have shown that it has been sent back. The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the purchase. If the item has been handled more than needed to check its nature, characteristics and function, we may reduce the refund to cover the loss in value.

6. Complaints and faulty items

If your item is faulty, damaged in transport or not as described, contact us at info@arcticprep.com as soon as possible after you discover the problem. Include your order number and, if possible, a photo. You have the rights given to you by the consumer law that applies to your purchase, including the right to a repair, a replacement or a refund. In these cases we pay the cost of return shipping.

7. Product information

We do our best to make sure that product descriptions, images and prices are correct. Colours and details may look slightly different depending on your screen. Our products must be used as described in the product information and any included instructions.

8. Limitation of liability

Arctic Prep is not responsible for indirect damage or loss, or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters or disruptions at carriers. This does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

9. Personal data

We process your personal data in order to handle your order and to provide our services. Read more in our Privacy policy.

10. Disputes and applicable law

If you are not satisfied, please contact us first at info@arcticprep.com and we will do our best to find a solution. These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer living in another country, this does not take away the protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country. 11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published on our website when you placed your order.
